Payment due date: all payments must be made by 1st September, 2022 in order to secure your place. If payment is not received by this date, your booking will be cancelled. Full payment is required in advance for this conference.
Refund policy: The refund of the cost of the package will be given if the Membership Officer is notified by 1st September, 2022. No refunds can be given after this. In case of COVID travel restrictions / lockdown situation in home or visiting county the amount can be refunded anytime
Booking alterations: amendments to the type of package you have chosen must be requested before 10th October, 2022. Amendments after this date are not guaranteed; where possible we will accommodate your request but additional administration fees may be incurred if we have to alter bookings.
Itinerary: All information was correct at time of issuing this form. However, events are subject to change.
Visas, Health and travel insurance: Attendees are responsible for their own healthcare and travel insurance, and visas (where applicable.)
Flights and Accommodation: Attendees are responsible for booking and paying for their own flights and accommodation
Flight and Accommodation cancellations: all flights and accommodation are booked at attendees’ own risk and in the event that the organisers deem it necessary to cancel the conference the ESU is not liable for any fees
Booking procedure: Places are reserved for 2 representatives from each ESU country who are involved in the ICM. Bookings from other ESU members will be taken on a first come, first served basis. If this event is oversubscribed and we are unable to accommodate you, we will refund the cost of the package fees (not accommodation or other costs) paid in full and inform you.
Limit of liability: The ESU cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage of personal items during this event. Attendees are responsible for their own personal items.
Personal Safety: Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that this will be a safe and enjoyable event, attendees are responsible for their own personal safety.
